We have a safe dedicated playground area outdoor, with a trampoline with high protective nets, swings and slides for toddlers. The area around the playground is appropriate for chidlren bikes, and ball games.

Our swimming pool is unique as it is constructed using hard natural wood, treated to withhold the weather and prevent any leakage, with water filtering system. Pool size in meters (LxWxD): 5.5x3.5x1.5

The gardens are planted with peach, apricot, persimmon and pomegranate, trees, grape vines. Around the Pergola, roses, jasmine, Gardenia and wild flowers decorate the multiple seating spaces.

We have reserved a garden section for guests to enjoy gardening, watering and picking up seasonal vegetables like cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, chili, etc. All part of our homey DIY experience.

Guests can barbecue burgers, chicken, hot dogs, burgers and corn. Both places have outdoor dining areas. In addition, we have an outdoor oven where you can make and bake your favorite pizza mix.

You can take a lazy nap in the Hammock installed between two large chestnut trees, enjoying the quiet and privacy you yearn for.

Our Electrical Services are all powered by echo-friendly, zero carbon emission solar power system, guaranteeing uninterrupted power supply for your comfort.

Your safety is our concern. Though the domain is fully fenced, we are monitoring the main front entrances using 3 motion detection with night vision UHD cameras. W are instantly alerted in case of any suspicious activity hence guaranteeing a peaceful stay with us.

In order to provide our guest with a quick response to any potential fire, whether from cooking or from an outdoor fire, we are providing a dedicated fire extinguisher installed inside the kitchen that suppresses the fire quickly.

The house comes with three accessible parking spaces directly at the side of the house entrance, while additional four parking spaces can be found 30 meters away from the main door. All dedicated to guests and free of charge.

Maintenance services are flexibly scheduled between the guests stays. Primarily for the House cleaning, laundry services, Pool Water acidity and chlorine levels, gardens trimming, insecticide spraying.
