Property Damage/Loss/Theft: Guest is responsible for any damage(s), loss(es) or theft(s) occurring during his stay. Repair/replacement costs will be charged additionally if required.
Property Hygiene: Please ensure that all trash is disposed of properly and not left scattered throughout the property. Keeping the space clean helps maintain its comfort and quality for all guests.
Pets Policy: Pets are not allowed on the property unless explicitly allowed by the landlord on case-by-case basis.
Overnight Guest Limit: Overnight Guest Count Must not exceed the limit, which is a maximum of 10 per night, excluding toddlers assuming they can sleep with their parents.
Liability: Landlord is not responsible for any injuries or damages during the stay. This includes, but not limited to,
fire injuries, though the property has a fire extinguisher in its kitchen,
drowning in the pool children must be accompanied by adults to avoid such incidents,
children’s injuries especially in the playground area at the trampoline, though the latter has a protective net.
